Both cottages offer suberb self catering accommodation all year round.
Moreleigh is convieniently positioned halfway between the ancient market towns of Totnes and Kingsbridge.
Ideally positioned for easy access to all of South Devons attractions. Woodlands Leisure Park is 3 miles towards Dartmouth, great fun for all kids from 0 to 99, with both indoor and outdoor rides. This is also the location of Dartmouth Golf and Country club, the nearest golf course, with others located nearby at Bigbury, Thurlestone and Wrangaton.
The English Riviera comprising the seaside towns of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham, known locally as Torbay are close by.
Dartmoor National Park is a short drive to the North.
The Local beaches of Slapton, Blackpool Sands, Bantham, Bigbury on Sea, Hope Cove and Salcombe just a short drive.
For shopping the cities of Exeter and Plymouth are both easily accesable via the A38.

Bramble Cottage
Bramble Cottage is a modern semi-detached 2 bedroomed property sleeping up to 6 people, enjoying magnificent views over open countryside to the rear.
On the ground floor, the large living room has sofa bed, chairs, dinning table, Colour TV and a DVD player. The fully equipped modern kitchen has electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. This property also benefits having a downstairs cloakroom.
On the first floor are the two bedrooms, 1 Double and 1 Twin and the bathroom with bath and shower (over bath), toilet and washbasin. Off of the lounge french doors lead to the rear garden with sitting out area and lawn. Steps from the rear garden lead down to the parking area with space for 2 cars.
Bramble Cottage benefits from full central heating with underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the first floor from an oil fired boiler. All electric, oil and linen are included in price, please bring your own towels.
The very popular local pub "The New Inn" is less than 100 yards away, serving good food.
Bramble Cottage is Non Smoking and sorry but we do not allow pets. Children are very welcome.

Angies Place
Angies Place is a cosy semi detached 2 bedroom cottage sleeping up to 4 people.
On the ground floor, the large living room has sofa, chairs, Colour TV and a Video player. The fully equipped modern kitchen has a dining area with table and chairs, the kitchen has electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. This property also benefits having a downstairs cloakroom.
